It incorporates a blend of formal learning, experiences and interactive sessions that provide a pragmatic understanding of how to manage the areas of greatest importance to most program managers, project directors and other senior management involved in the oversight of projects. A key feature of the workshop is the active encouragement of attendees to share their own knowledge and insights with each other.

This course provides program managers with the essential skills to navigate multiple projects from business case to benefits realisation.
