Course overview

This no-nonsense ‘how to’ workshop takes the Business Analyst through the WHAT, HOW, DO and REVIEW principles, a proven approach to effective business analysis. A comprehensive case study is used during the workshop to strengthen the analytical approach.

This approach is supported with a cohesive, practical set of techniques and tools for Business Analysts to use in their daily work.
