    Course overview

    This course provides personnel (executive/ administration/project team members) working in a project environment, with a comprehensive introduction to the key elements of project management, and a working knowledge of the principles of project definition, planning and control. The course provides a comprehensive coverage of the nine functions of project management, in a short timeframe to facilitate an understanding of the integration of functions to baselines throughout the project life cycle. Each session provides a short explanation, followed by exercises in the key functions. The outcome is an outline project plan.
